Roast Chili Lemon Chicken or Cauliflower

Yummy juicy whole roasted chicken seasoned with Calabrian chili (not that spicy) lemon and spices. Comes with garlic smashed potatoes and mixed seasonal veg some grilled some roasted. Fennel gremolata on the side which is a lemon parsley sauce with that good olive oil and I am going to throw in some grilled fennel with it as well. Don't forget the seasonal plum torte sweet and simple.
